Established in 1993, Topcare has been looking after landlord’s property in the area for over 27 years and as you might expect, from a long-established independent family business, our whole ethos is to look after each and every property like it’s our own. We welcome the opportunity to sit down with you and discuss the “ins and outs” of being a landlord in a clear and relaxed way helping ease any anxieties you may have. Usually, you find out that the positives outweigh any negatives if they exist at all. We can Tailor the extent of our service to meet your needs and can include any or all of the following specialities shown on the adjacent list to the right.

We believe in fair and open fees NOT hidden ‘add ons’ that you will normally encounter with pretty much all letting agents. Headline fees can look quite competitive but there are usually disbursements or ‘add ons’, which increase what you pay considerably, for a wide variety of services that we included such as check-ins, check-outs, inspections, holding deposit, references, inventories and much more. These HIDDEN landlord fees are commonplace with the majority of agents and something you should be very careful of. Our set up fee is ALL INCLUSIVE of everything we do only plus the VAT. We charge a setup fee of £300 and can offer fixed or percentage management fees to suit all clients. They are fully negotiable after we have had a chat to ascertain your requirements.
